I am so thankful that our summer could come to a close with three days surrounded by 18 of our dearest friends! Girl's Camp this year was full of great memories & deepening friendships! With each year, new changes come! Last summer, we would never had imagined the new faces that would be present this year or the joy they would bring!
Our theme this year was "Oceans"! This idea was born from the words of a favorite song entitled "Oceans; Where feet may fail." We talked about Living Water, anchors, waves, and broken cisterns....We thought about rivers, oceans and fountains. We talked about being thirsty for Jesus!
Our little sister's cat, "Catrina" had kittens earlier this summer! During girl's camp, the five little kittens were cute tiny playmates. :)
Playing "Chopped!" The ingredients for the first night this year were; String Cheese, Whipped Topping and Applesauce. Each team had to make a dessert dish featuring those ingredients (together). However, they could add any additional ingredients. The results were delicious!
We are blessed ~ those who are thirsty for Jesus will never be denied!!!
