When he moved to law school.

We loaded the van on the 2nd of July and started the drive to that place, far away, where he now lives! When we arrived, we were so excited to see his new apartment ~ 

Over the next few days, we shopped so many places in his new town - watching him buy his furniture, his dishtowels, his food, his office supplies, his bed...

In all the shopping & organizing, we were kept on our toes by this active small sister of ours. :)

(It was exciting to us to find wild mint growing outside of his apartment! We really enjoy drinking fresh mint tea at home, so how fun it was to make some fresh mint tea in his new home! a little taste of home. :D Actually, there was originally much more mint tea outside his apartment than this photo shows. The apartment lawn care people must have thought that it was an unwanted weed!  One morning, us girls were staying the night at his apartment, and we awoke to the noise of a weed eater outside; we were horrified watch from the window as that weed eater pulled that wild mint tea from its roots! Alas, we were able to salvage enough for a gallon of tea!)

On the 4th of July, we traveled about 2 hours to visit with family & friends at a special day at the pond! Our new little sister got to met grandma ~

On Monday morning, his apartment was furnished! 

On Monday morning, we watching him walk off to his first day of law school.
Then, we loaded into our red van & drove 9 hours south.

We miss him being here at home with us so much!! Why do we have to grow up soo fast?? Yet, we are so excited to watch God continue to work in his life & provide for him!
