Slow, yet sure

Wow! the past week has gone so fast... And we have got so much to do, so this is going to be a quick update!

- We had to move out, one last time, so they could put the last two coats of "poly" on. It went great, but we were ready to be home again.

- When we got home, we kept four adorable kids while their parents went on a business trip... Such fun kids, but it sounded like a zoo around here!

- We are dealing with some problems with our counter top people. The seam on our kitchen counter was un-even, and when they sanded it down, they also sanded off the color... So they need to re-place that...

- Everything is painted except for the school room and stairway(I think...there is probably more, but that is all that I can think of) . But Livy's room, Dad's office, and the kitchen need second coats.

- The girl's bathroom vanity and top is in, just not installed...

- The downstairs bathroom vanity arrived, but we are running into complications with the vanity top... (sigh)

- Shoe mold is going on today!!!

- All bathroom toilets and showers are up and working! (CHEER!!)

- Our kitchen is pretty much put together, but there are boxes everywhere...

- Our annual homeschool convention is this next weekend, and we are involved with the huge Used Book Sale.... So, don't count on hearing from us for another week! (Maybe I'll get Livy or Rosy to up-date, but I'm all booked-up. :D)

- Lastly, there is tons going on that I haven't even started to write about (choir performance season, piano recitals, recent school adventures, random house difficultes, baby kittens, outreach projects, church activities...etc), but they will all have to wait for another blog post! So, while it seems like the house is taking forever, it is surely moving along...
