We have been terribly busy recently... Most of us where gone this past weekend on a emergency trip and the two that stayed back, were almost as busy, running around trying to get everything done around the house(plus a church conference, donut fundraiser sale, choir, soccer game, and a speech class!Oh, yea, some school got done too!) We were very thankful when we could be together again as a family, but of course were thrown into another busy week! To top it off, it has been like 50 degrees in the house, since there are so many places open to outside. We have been wearing our winter coats and walking around with blankets wrapped around us. Tommy has a very bad cold, and has had it for awhile. Amazingly, none of the rest of us have gotten it! YEA!
Today and Thursday, (maybe Friday too, I wasn't here, so I can't tell you for sure), the siding guys have been out. Mom was very satisfied with the color of the siding, and it keeps looking better! My camera is almost dead, but I'll hopefully get some pictures posted tonight. The workers are still here and are putting in late hours...
The choices/decisions have been really flying in.... Seems like every time our contractor comes over he has something new to ask them about. It is both exciting and overwhelming! Today when he came over he asked them about what they were thinking for our porches. They are planning on going with no railing giving our house a southern look! Can't wait to see it!
